Description
Phosphoric acid is the main constituent in the production of phosphate fertilisers. More than 80% of phosphoric acid production is used in fertiliser manufacturing, though this varies from country to country. Other uses can range from food production as an acidifier for beverages and other processed foods to medicine as a tooth cleaner in dentistry and orthodontics.
